Dedication
We would like to dedicate this Plan to the community of Totnes and District, to their wisdom and collective genius, and to their good health and prosperity in the times of change ahead. We would also like to dedicate it to all those unsung heroes who, in various aspects of their lives, and when the conventional wisdom has for so many years run in the opposite direction, have striven to live in harmony with this planet.
